Booking and Payments

  1. Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by AndamanReefTrips.
  2. Payments: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.
  3. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund policies are as follows:
    • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled date will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made 15-29 days before the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable.

Participation Requirements

  1. Eligibility: Participants must meet the minimum age and health requirements specified for each course or experience. Proof of certification may be required for advanced diving activities.
  2. Medical Conditions: Participants must complete a medical questionnaire. Those with certain medical conditions may need a doctor’s clearance to dive.
  3. Conduct: Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our instructors and staff. Failure to comply may result in termination of the activity without a refund.

Liability

  1. Assumption of Risk: By participating in our activities, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with scuba diving and related water activities.
  2. Liability Waiver: You agree to release AndamanReefTrips and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from your participation in our activities.
  3. Insurance: We recommend that all participants obtain adequate travel and dive insurance to cover potential risks.

Use of Website
